Student Work | A 90-day calendar – from January to March of 2016 – that shows my own experience of the progression of time during and after a two-month study abroad program in Southern France. The month of January takes up the smallest amount of space because it went by the quickest; when I first arrived the time not spent in class was going to new places and exploring the area. By February I had settled into much more of a routine and time seemed to have slowed down just a bit. When the program ended in March, and I went back to my hometown time felt as though it had stopped. March takes up the most space to show how slowly it moved as I got used to no longer being in a new country and no longer visiting new towns and cities. Each day has a different picture that was taken on that day, documenting the places I visited.
