JEA Storm Recovery Guide
After the hurricane, Irma in 2017 JEA (Jacksonville Electric Authority) realized they had a problem with a lack of public information on JEA’s process of restoring power to those who lost it. To inform customers about how JEA prepares for a hurricane and the process by which they restore power to areas that lost it, St. John and Partners were asked to create a guide that would walk people through JEA’s operation so that when the next storm hit, everyone would know what to expect. I worked with senior designers to help create this guide and supporting materials that were awarded Silver at Chartwell’s 2019 Best Practices Awards in Outage Communications.
